Fantastic tradesman, awful management.
We had an orangery built by Eden, after having several companies and various reviews that we had read we went with Eden.There was an unforseen problem regarding some extra building work that was required and this delayed things, no direct fault of the company, however their incompetence to speak to us as a customer was extremely frustrating throughout. Upon speaking to the director regarding the issues I had, well to put it politely....he does not have the faintest idea on customer service. Companies have to make profit, I get that 100%, but my experience with this company is that this is the only focus. Which is a shame because the boys that came to do the build were fantastic, we are so far, very happy with the work that they have done. All were friendly, clean and tidy and put the orangery together lovely. Hopefully we are a one off bad experience, but we would not recommend them based on our experience.
